The Manx Motor Cycle Club wishes to extend its sincere condolences to the family and friends of Davey Lambert following a tragic accident whilst competing in the Superbike Race at the TT races.

Davey made his mountain course debut at the Manx Grand Prix in 2014, finishing 4th in
the Newcomers A race and 24th in the Junior Manx Grand Prix of the same year.

He returned to the Manx Grand Prix in 2015 and recorded 9th and 11th place finishes in the Junior and Senior MGP respectively. Davey was 8th in last year’s Senior MGP Race, averaging 115.633 mph.

Club Chairman, Harvey Garton said “Davey will be greatly missed in the paddock.  He had made steady progress with his racing career at the Manx and we were delighted to see him progress to the TT and fulfill his dreams of competing on the world famous TT Course.”
