The Manx Motor Cycle Club is deeply saddened to learn of the death of popular Manx Grand Prix rider and supporter, Bob Price, who tragically lost his life whilst competing in the TT Supersport Race.
Bob had been a regular competitor in the MGP Classic races since 2002 when he finished 3rd in the Junior Classic and 2nd in the Senior Classic in his debut year. He competed successfully on a variety of machines up to and including the inaugural Classic TT in 2013.
Club Chairman, Harvey Garton said that Bob, who had already entered the Classic TT this year, will be greatly missed in the race paddock where he was only too willing to help and support his fellow riders.
