Whilst the Knight family’s name is synonymous with the Off-road scene, David
has been a tremendous ambassador for the Island and motor cycle sport in
general and we are delighted that he has accepted our invitation to be Guest of
Honour for this year's Manx.

In fact we seem to recall David possibly entered in one of his earlier International 6 Days Enduro’s under the MMCC Club banner and it is a befitting way for us to honour his achievements as reigning World Indoor Enduro Champion and US GNCC Champion.
We hope he will enjoy a week out from his busy race schedule in the US and we
are sure will provide great encouragement to those competing in the Manx
Grand Prix, not least the newcomers and we are sure he will be amazingly popular with the race fans. For our part, we look forward to providing him with a
week’s first class racing.
